Terms of Service

1. Your account

Beezniz helps creators and their managers plan content and organize brand deals. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your login secure, provide accurate account information and only give workspace access to people you authorize. You are responsible for activity through your account.

2. Your content and decisions

You keep ownership of your content and workspace data. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide and maintain the service. Only upload content you have permission to use. Creators retain their workspace when management ends. Do not use Beezniz for unlawful activity, spam, unauthorized access or infringement.

AI suggestions, contract checks and reminders are organizational aids, not legal, financial or tax advice. Review all suggestions, deadlines, disclosures and documents yourself. Beezniz does not guarantee brand deals, income, legal compliance or uninterrupted availability. You review and send every email; Beezniz does not automatically send Gmail messages.

3. Plans, Stripe billing and trials

The Free plan is $0. Paid plans and monthly or annual billing are shown on Pricing and at checkout. Stripe processes payments; we do not store your full card details. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before you confirm.

Eligible Creator and Manager accounts receive a 14-day free trial. The trial starts when activated, not when you visit the signup page. If checkout asks for a payment method, Stripe shows when the first charge will occur. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge. A trial without a payment method does not automatically charge you. Trial eligibility and the selected billing interval are confirmed at checkout.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually until canceled. Extra-client charges are shown before purchase. Mid-term paid changes may be prorated, as confirmed by Stripe. You authorize the subscription and approved add-on charges shown at checkout.

4. Cancel anytime

You can cancel through Account → Plan → Manage billing, or contact us if you cannot access billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid period or trial end. Cancellation is not an account-deletion request. Payments already made are generally not refunded except where required by law or agreed with us. Failed payments or an expired paid plan may make paid features read-only; we do not delete your workspace just because a payment fails.

5. Privacy and account deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. We never sell user data. You can request account deletion through Contact. We verify ownership before deleting personal data and explain any shared-workspace, billing or legal retention requirements. Export anything you want to keep before requesting deletion.

6. Service changes and responsibility

We may update the service or these terms and will give reasonable notice of material changes. We may suspend misuse or security threats. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available, without warranties, and Beezniz is not responsible for indirect losses or missed business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
