Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect account information such as your email and display name; content ideas, posts, deals, contacts, offers, earnings and files you enter; workspace membership and preferences; and subscription status and Stripe customer references. We also process limited technical information, such as request logs and errors, to keep the service secure and troubleshoot problems. Do not upload information you do not have permission to share.

How we use it

We use your information to provide planning and deal-management features, authenticate your account, show authorized workspace members the data they need, process subscriptions, respond to support requests and maintain security and reliability. When you request AI suggestions, relevant content is processed by the service providers powering those suggestions. You decide what to save or use.

We never sell your personal information or workspace data. We do not use Gmail data for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models.

Gmail access

Gmail data is used only to import inbound brand offers and save reply drafts at your request or through enabled offer intake. Relevant message content may be processed to suggest draft offer fields. Beezniz never automatically sends Gmail messages. You review and send drafts yourself. A connected inbox may be shared with authorized account users; do not connect an inbox you lack permission to use. You can revoke access through your Google account or contact us to disconnect it. Revoking access does not automatically erase offers you already imported.

Billing and service providers

Stripe handles payment details, billing and subscription transactions under its own privacy policy. Beezniz does not store full card numbers. We use hosting, authentication, storage, connected-service and AI providers only as needed to operate the service. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and prevent abuse. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own.

Workspace access and security

Workspace access is restricted to authorized members and managers. Creators own their workspace data and can end management access. We use access controls and secure connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password private and remove access that is no longer needed.

Storage and retention

Browser storage remembers your session, theme and signup preferences. These are used for app functionality, not to sell data. We retain account and workspace information while needed to provide the service. After a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize personal information unless needed for billing, legal obligations, security or the rights of other workspace members. Backup copies may remain until their normal retention cycle expires.

Your choices and account deletion

You can update your profile, export supported workspace data, revoke Gmail access and request access, correction or account deletion by emailing support@beezniz.com. We verify that requests come from the account owner. Canceling billing and deleting an account are separate actions; please state if you want both. Privacy rights vary by location, and we honor applicable legal rights.
